Marginally, sure. Is that enough to swap firsts and trade another pick for? I certainly don't think so.Looks like he got marginally better. Not like the jump Allen made from Yr 2 to Yr 3.

BAP at a very important position.
QB is a very important position but so is WR for the Pats.
Looks like the Texans won that trade. Stick w/ #3."Hell no"? Why not, "Oh, for heaven's sake" ... Or maybe, "Heck no, man living rent-free in my tiny little cranium!"
FYI, trading down from No. 3 could reap a bonanza. That might seem quite far from "the dumbest thing to do."
Recent history of trade-downs from the NFL Draft's 3rd pick
Since 2010, the No. 3 pick has been traded down three times, with the team trading it getting a haul of picks. Here is what they looked like.arizonasports.com
When talking with Burton, he said an important position. I think OT and WR1 are still on the table; my guess is of the top talents, only Bowers is off the table.BAP at a very important position.

After admitting he let Manziel do we he wants. Not lighting it up in Zona. I'm not sure this is a wise choice. With the Bears interviewing Kliff Kingsbury for their OC job, it seems like a lock that they’ll draft Caleb Williams. That means that #3 is the MHJ pick. Maybe they can squeeze Arizona for a 1 slot trade down to #4 so they can get MHJ in exchange for #91 then take Daniels there.

Trade 3 to Bears for #8 , Justin Fields and their 2nd rounder this year and 3rd rounder next year .
Bears get Caleb and MhJ in same draft .
We can get 2 OT and WR in top 35 and justin fields.
If bears do not agree to this , trade our 3rd to chargers 5th and their 2nd this year and 2nd next year .
Bears have #9 not #8. Bears don't have a 2nd Rder this year. That would be great. Fingers crossed the Pats don't take a quarterback with that third pick.
Yeah, that would be a pretty banger draft if that's how it shakes out.Bears have #9 not #8. Bears don't have a 2nd Rder this year.
That mock looks pretty good for them.
There aren't a lot of good choices at T in FAcy, mainly guys 30+. We went the FAcy route w/ the OL and it was a disaster.Upgrade O L coach sign some OT in free agency or trade a late rounder for a vet on a cash strapped team.
Oh, I see. Yea, I agree w/ you.Marginally, sure. Is that enough to swap firsts and trade another pick for? I certainly don't think so.
That wouldn't be a good trade for us, value-wise, though they do have a boat load of picks (13). Wow, 6 in the top 100.With the Bears interviewing Kliff Kingsbury for their OC job, it seems like a lock that they’ll draft Caleb Williams. That means that #3 is the MHJ pick. Going down 1 slot from 3 to 4 is valued at around 20 points, and pick 91 is worth a little over 40, so it’s an OK value. Didn’t want to be too overzealous. They might be able to get more if they could sell AZ on the fact that they might take MHJ themselves or that another team is seeking to trade up for him. That wouldn't be a good trade for us, value-wise, though they do have a boat load of picks (13). I'm not at all sold on Fields, and I've seen a decent number of delusional Bears fans thinking that #9 + Fields is a fair trade for #3.Trade 3 to Bears for #8 , Justin Fields and their 2nd rounder this year and 3rd rounder next year .

I guess I'm looking at the old chart. It shows 400 w/ 91 worth 136.Going down 1 slot from 3 to 4 is valued at around 20 points, and pick 91 is worth a little over 40, so it’s an OK value. I think he is just confusing folks . What if bears want to force pats hand and trade them fields. Now that mayo has said it could possibly be a qb, Bears are limited in terms of what trade they can do with the pats or the assets they can obtain for fields.
If falcons gets russel wilson and raiders stay pat and vikings go on with cousins, Bears will be forced out of options .
If Bears want caleb and Marvin Harrison they need to trade with pats and provide a decent ransom so that we can draft a OT, wr and developmental qb .
I think it's time for us to fleece the bears.
It’s Maye or Daniel’s,
Mayo isn’t picking a primadonna like Caleb or I think we can’t rule out trading for Fields if Bears fall in love with Caleb.

Haha. I sense a bit of humorWhy would they give draft capital and a big contract to a failed QB?
Here’s my offer to Chicago for Fields. The Patriots trade Mac Iones and Bailey Zappe to Chicago for Justin Fields and the #1 overall pick. Then the Patriots select Jayden Daniels first overall, and Marvin Harrison Jr. with the #3 overall pick. Then they trade Fields to the Giants for their1st round pick and take Joe Alt with ilt, and then trade up into the second half of the first round for a Tyler Guyton., OT, Oklahoma.
There you have it, QB, WR, and 2 tackles in the 1st round. I’m a fe’cking genius.
Sound good?
