We had another blown block by watson leading to a sack from the blind side.TB got nailed hard and ofcourse watson was no match for this.

What is going on ? I know watson is a receiving TE but come on i get scared when i see him try to block everytime expecially in passing as brady gets hurried or nailed.
Graham needs to be come back as thomas and watson could not block again any decent DE/DL.

protect brady !!!!he is the key as i cringe everytimei see him hit hard.

Do not realize how valuable Graham is to this team, until we play a team like the Bills. Hope he is back soon.

Graham is valuable but his skillset is replaceable. The bottom line is that NFL TEs should be able to block or at least get in the way. Watson needs to step it up, he was undressed, on at least 2 occasions he didn't even get a hand on the guy. He looked awful in protection, but impressive as a receiver... a ying and yang.

I hope Graham can be signed but he may be too expensive based on his lack of offensive production and injury history. Next year if we have to take a 5th rounder who can block so be it, but for now Watson needs to improve and quickly.

Who in the Heck is the TEs Coach at Georgia?
oughta send a letter to them dawgs down there.
he seems to have no clue. he blocks like we used to block in intramural games.
I Refuse to Accept tht notion of Watson Playing his Career as a "receiving TE" No, No, No.
He's too big. too strong. he oughta be an adequate, if not excellent, TE in that area.
How in blazes does BB toterate that from his TEs. Thomas and Mills too.
BTW, Who's HIS TEs Coach.

Franchise Graham and lets move on. Paying him $4+ Mill is so much more cost effective than rewarding the twig $7 mill for his 5 catches per game. The guys versatility is valuable, but the fact that he knows the system down pat is where his real value is. Three extra million is nothing when you compare his value to a newbie...rook or free agent. Receiver, blocker, LT aid...franchise the man and move on. I expect a longer term contract can get worked out because his injury history may persuade him to get some cash now. Will he play the hardball game like the twig...maybe...but the Pats would find solice in a high draft pick compensation.
