He is a old man. Maybe they plan to keep him in did not report status till after the bye week or even later to keep him fresh for the playoff run.

We will survive either way the Dante Scarnecchia is the difference maker. He has done it with less talent then we have right now.

Waters was great for us last year but he was on the way out of the NFL before we brought him in and Dante revived him.

Can you be cut from the practice squad?...Pretty please:nono:

Although I used to work with a Donald Hayes who is a computer genius and holds like a dozen video game world records. Seriously, actual arcade games like they played when I was a wee lad.

I don't think he hangs at Ruth Cris though.

I have said all pre season i just can't see Waters coming back. i would love to be wrong on this one but it just seems like to me if he were taking time off to be with his family and had an arrangement to be here by the time the season started he would have been here after the 4th pre season game to start game planning for week one.

Loved his contribution last year, wish he was here. If i were a betting man i would say he won't be here this season. (obviously with knowing nothing of the situation)

Didnt he join the team Sept 3 or 4th last year? I dont remember a Brian Waters watch last year, he just quietly joined the team the week of the 1st game and kicked azz, Im expecting him to do the same this year.
