Last year I caught all the playoff games while in Peru on a free legal service.

Is there any site/service that works well and always has the Pats or should I just fork out the $99 for NFL Game Pass for NE?

If it makes a difference my Sunday schedule through November 2 is Croatia, Bosnia, Croatia, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey.

Don't know what b-2-m sent you for a link, but after using the 'free' services for a year or two (and having access to armed forces network) I have settled in on gamepass for three years now and am happy with it. Particularly like the download feature and watching on my own schedule (just turn the scores off and don't open bspn).

I have had Issues with bandwidth with a number of those 'free' svcs. and based on the number of countries you mentioned, that could also be a problem with different National settings in each one preventing access to a '?legitimate' site. But there is always two ways to skin a cat, good luck.
