I'm in the middle about this myself. On one hand, he could have evidence judging by his willingness to finally step forward. On the other hand, his situation smacks of desperation to get back at the big, bad employer that fired him. I don't know. I guess I'm just waiting for everything to come forward.

If it turns out that this guy has nothing. If everything he had was complete BS. If he opened his mouth to loud and then tried to go away but couldn't, and now all the indemnification was to cover his ass when he says I made it all up.

Can we as fans Sue this guy. The way the St louis fans wanted to sue us.

Ugh. ENOUGH of the "sue him" garbage. So what? You want to sue him if he has nothing to drag this entire thing out some more and create an even bigger media circuis than before? I'm sorry, but after last season, that is the last thing I want for this team. Let him come out of hiding and do his thing. If it turns out he has nothing, let him go and take our anger out on 19 opponents next season. Now THAT would be revenge.

if pats wanted to sue Wash, they did it a long time ago. They thought that it was FAIR to fire him for that. It was not a big deal if it's included in the deal.
