This is an interesting article from the Dolphins beat writer. I thought it would give us a bit of an insight at what the Dolphins are doing this off season, since they are likely to be the Pats' biggest threat in the division. But the best part is how the Pats are viewed by opposing fan bases, a view I think you'll like. It also give you a bit of a respite form all the FA anxiety. Enjoy.

Miami Dolphins plan improves their team but does it make up ground on the New England Patriots?

Bills gets away with playing his three interior lineman 1.5M/year because he has Tom Brady. If the Dolphins do that with Tannehill and he'll be back on the DL. Also if we're being honest the interior line play was one of the major factors of them losing to the Giants twice and for much of the games was an issue against Seattle and Atlanta.

I get the holistic view where spending less here allows him to spend more elsewhere. Those three guys are pretty young so hopefully they continue to progress. If Mason gets to the point where he's able to do all the line calls I still think his best position might be center and they would be a much improved running team with him there.

If it weren't for the baseless cheating accusations that have gone one for more than a decade, I might feel some sympathy reading articles like this knowing how other fans (especially in the AFC East) must feel like rooting for their teams are exercises in futility.

But because of all those cheating accusations, instead I feel like those fans can go **** themselves.
