Pretty amazing that he spent only 3.5 years here, compared to his time in Minnesota, and yet the feeling I get is that he considers himself a Patriot first and foremost.

Pretty cool...

best smile ever and an "interesting" collection of post-game interview outfits

Yeah he will go to HOF as a Patriot.

Was not on the board at the time, but hated how the press especially kept up the story about him taking plays off even when he was here. He played a ton of snaps when he was here especially his first two years. He attracted so much attention of the defense that we kept him out there for almost every play. I thought he was a hell of a competitor and love seeing him on tv.

One of my all-time favorite Patriots. I've always said this, despite how his tenure with the team ended. Makes me sad that it was such a short run, and that he didn't get a ring while with the Pats. It warms my heart that Randy Moss still has love for the team, and vice versa, when in most cases a divorce like that doesn't end up that way.

It baffles me how there aren't more veterans looking to take pay cuts to play on this team. Guys like John Lynch and Terrance Knighton didn't make the final cut, and still spoke highly of their experience. LeGarrette Blount was openly rooting for the Patriots even while playing for the Steelers to the point where it annoyed Steelers fans! I hope a guy like Larry Fitzgerald, someone who grew up rooting for Moss, thinks about all that, and signs with the Pats next year to get a ring. Then he can join his hometown Vikings after that and end his career there. More and more players should observe the opportunity presented to players like Moss, and want to play for the greatest coach and quarterback of all-time, while they still can.

well. I really wish ill upon Bernard Pollard. We had something special till it was ruined by a crazy catch and a dirty hit.

This video hurts me a little... I cannot watch anything from that glorious 16-0 07' season without feeling pain...Oh how I wish Randy had gotten a ring that year.

Bill Walton is the same way. Had a great run in Portland but soured. Siberia w/ the Clippers but had a blast in BOS.

What is amazing to me is that Moss still has such a strong positive feeling about his time with the Pats, given the fact they essentially FIRED him at the end. Usually when someone fires you, he's no longer on your Christmas list.

BB doesn't always have a great locker room, but when it isn't great, he fixes it immediately. Great locker rooms are the thing that makes Pats players enjoy the experience so much. They may work you to death, but if you have good guys, that shared experience draws you together in an almost military-like experience. (and those of you who have been in combat know what I mean).

I couldn't help be touched by a tweet I saw the other day after the Pats win. It was from the WR on the PS (Lorien or something). I wish I could remember the exact words, but in it he acknowledged his very limited role in the great scheme of things, but even so, he was so proud to have contributed even that small amount to the great bunch of guy in that locker room.

Now the Pats have always been good about making their PS players feel good about their roles. In the locker room they are made to feel as much a part of the team as anyone else. But I guess what he wrote provided a good insight into just how good a locker room that is.

I think the fact you see some many players who were Patriots just part of their career consider themselves Patriots after football is a very telling and underrated factor.
