The Giants' QB and receivers, taken together, are pretty good. The Pats', not so much.
The same, of course, goes the other way around.
The Giants' D-line and the Pats' O-line are both excellent units. Unfortunately, recent history has the Giants' unit on a streak in that one.
There's another thread on the Pats' DL and LBs vs. the Giants' OL. That one may not be pretty for the Giants.
The RBs on either side seem likely to get about what the OL achieves for them.
When you frame it that way, it seems clear why most people are expecting a pretty even matchup ...
