What's confusing about it? I believe (don't quote me) VW had some deal going where they threw in a First Act Electric guitar for free with purchase of their vehicles. That model VW has a built-in plugin for your guitar equipment.

I'm not sure if this guy is taking part in guerilla adverts, or just someone taking advantage of the deal VW gave him...
