Rotational Player and Threatening Starter's Job

Having a hard time correlating our WR play to Troy Brown specifically.
in order I would speculate our lack of output is due to
1. Lack of talent
2. three different OC's/Lack of continuity in offense
3. Poor QB play (and inability for receivers to build chemistry with QBs due to switching)
4. Horrid OL play (WRs cant get open)
5. WR coach
Can probably throw injuries in there somewhere as well.
He did develop a once college qb (Meyers), a late round pick (Douglas) into productive players.
On the flip side - hard to argue that they are getting the most out of Parker/JuJu and Tyquan Thorton
