That's because it's not a serious argument. It's a way for people with an axe to grind (like the why won't he go away already Mike Francesca) to put someone ahead of Brady.

Brady is 26-9 in the playoffs meaning they have failed to win it all 10 times (counting 2002) Anyone saying out loud that losing this week is somehow better than in 2 weeks is a knucklehead. We're all hoping for 28-9 with 6 rings but I'd much rather he is 27-10 than 26-10. Winning the AFC matters and to have done so 8 times would be incredible and a nice add to the resume.

Only way to hurt your legacy in the Super Bowl in any way is if you completely crap the bed and lose or if you have a game changing pick at the end (see: 2009 Manning for reference)

While out and about yesterday @ 10:00 AM tuned into Beetle and Zolak, "chubette" immediately went into a rant about Hoyer's 4 int and fumble when he played for Houston in a playoff game in Jan. 2016 and tried to get the crowd worked up into a frenzy..

Changed to 103.7 and Merloni was ranting and raving about Hoyer also...

Neither made all that much sense, but am convinced more and more these mediots are being directed to appeal to the lowest common denominator of the listeners... somehow that drives ratings.

Switched to Pandora, again!!! Sportstalk radio has hit the ****ter time for a double flush....
