THis could be a career ending injury couldnt it? Did Steve Young retire after getting a severe concussion. Or do you need a history of them.

Mort has been reporting he will come back after week 4 bye. But I'm dubious. Every talks about Old Man Favre, but I think Green is even older. I'm not sure if he'll want to come back.

My guess is if he's out for season, Brodie Croyle will be starting after the bye. Always liked the kid in 'Bama.

I've always kind of liked Green ever since I heard him say that he didn't blame Rodney for that hit on his knee in the preseason.

You would think that he got his bad karma out of the way, with the knee injury and then watching the grocery boy take his team to the Superbowl and win it!

I only saw the replay once and had the same initial reaction, but after his own teammate(Tony Gonzalez) said the defender was blocked into him, I'd like to see it again. I've heard similar unbiased reactions to it. There wasn't even a penalty on the play was there?
