Here we go again... day 11

Pape do you wait with fingers poised ready to start the thread....God help anyone that beats you to it.

With some murmurs of Woodson vs. Duggar, it had me thinking: I haven't read much about Peppers in reports on the secondary. I'm assuming he has been there and healthy, is he looking "good"?

yeah, i read a post about Dugger being pressed in camp... lost track of it before i remembered to post it...

listen, i know the injury excuse, but Dugger did not have a good year last year... he very much should be concerned about getting passed on the depth chart... and with the cap hit he has, 15m this year, 17m next... he is approaching 30... he might find himself on the bubble one of these days...

do i think he will be cut this year? no... but he has no guaranteed money left after the 2025 season... that is a very real warning sign for his future prospects on this team...

I generally don't mention misspellings, but the Duggar for Dugger thing always makes me shake my head, especially now that there's a Netflix special about the serial molester Duggar. I'm sure Kyle would prefer that it's not out there.

As for Dugger's play last year, it wasn't only the injury. It was also having absolutely no clue what they were doing out there in Covington's defense. Sending all your safeties to the box with no over the top help was just pure madness. I'm also looking for a huge improvement from Hawkins this year, now that they are coaching players with a sane defense.

At times over his career the coaches put him deep like a FS which is not his thing. He should always play in the box. JMO.

Yep in the box or just off the LoS. Similar to how they deployed Chung.

It'll be interesting to see how frequently they plan line up Duggar and Peppers in that way as that may have an impact on how many LBs they keep.

According to Vrabes, they moved Mapu to LB full time and with LB being kinda crowded that might make it hard for him to make the team.

It shows that we Potentially had a Very Good Draft it's been awhile. We spoke about hitting on Potential Starters in the Draft. Will Campbell will Start no pun - Henderson can Start if Rham fumbles - Kyle Williams could Start in a year or two: Jared Wilson will Start. The Kicker will Start: now Craig Woodson getting Starters Reps again: signs of a very good Draft. It's been said if you get three Starters form any Draft it can be deemed a success. The NFL Draft is the ironclad way to turn a Franchise in the right direction.

Well can you blame us? If pressed I could come up with XXXI reasons why...
The Pack doesn't even fog a mirror on the hate scale at my house.
