Celebrating catches in the preseason should be an immediate flag regardless of circumstance.

I agree with your basic point about over celebrating false victories. This looked more like a dispute between players than celebrating the catch. When watching the replay it seemed to me that the WR was pushing back on some sort of cheap shot or trash talk from the DB. Still an undisciplined play for the WR.

This is why teams typically don't trade for guys in contract years without having a new deal alright negotiated ahead of time.

They traded for a guy who was available because he wanted a new deal. They didn't give him a new deal and now people are surprised he won't play for them?

I may be biased but I still think Maye can be the best QB in this class.
I also think Spencer Rattler is taking that job In NO sooner than later.
He was a guy I wouldn’t of hated taking in the third after drafting Marvin Harrison Jr and a tackle in the second.

I watched some Rattler tape while I was researching Xavier Legette, and, I am sorry to say, he just did not seem that accurate. Legette constantly had to adjust his route for the pass.

Now this being said, I am not an NFL scout and could be totally wrong...so we shall see

We don't know how a lot of things were pulled off after BB jumped the shark with the MP decision, including the role of ownership. We do know that things were so far out of whack that a complete reboot was needed. We got here because the team was not going in the right direction, Mayo, Wolf and the Kraft's are now officially in charge to turn things around. It is what it is, dissecting how we got here is not a path forward.
