He was a phenomenal ST player here. Give him that.

That was the real reason he was brought in. Ideally, that's where we'd see him every Sunday instead of trying to cover the likes of Sidney Rice or Golden Tate. I would not mind seeing Dennard playing on the outside at all. As I said in the other thread, it couldn't possibly get much worse.

While I don't think Kyle Arrington is by any means a great defender, I don't know how getting rid of DBs will fixe the problem.

I am confused the last play that sticks out is the winning TD

No 32 lines up against Sidney Rice ... He is not in the face of Sidney rice to reroute and jam in on line. Maybe he was thinking i will play off the WR. yet usually the CB lines up 7-8 yds pff the WR as the WR gets a free release he needs that gap to catchup and run with him....YET No32 decides he is going to stand 4 feet from him. It was game over once WR released , No 32 is never going to catch him !!!.

then boom a TD.......

And then his leverage is sometimes to trail, sometimes to be in front. It’s just the way the play worked. I was able to go up and shield the defender.”

Not anymore. Not to mention they took Franchise mode out which is a dumb idea. Star player mode is also the most ******ED mode ever invented! You spend more than half the game twiddling your thumbs doing nothing and waiting for your player to get into the game. Sometimes your guy will be tearing it up for 100 yards in a half and see no action the second half. Soooo DUMB!

As for Kyle, we couldn't get a CHIA pet and a warm six pack for him right now. All we can do is bench him, don't expect any draft pick compensaton.

Our CB's just Don't or Cannot Jam WR's coming off the line. For a WR's its easier to run your route when you're consistently getting a free release. Does Ty Law still needs to feed his Family? i really miss that guy.

As i said it was very confusing to see No 32 stand 4 feet from his guy and bite on an incut that would have picked up 4 yds......

McCourty is playing like a legitimate NFL CB though, how many completions did he allow last night? Not many, I can only think of one that stood out, Dennard let up two completions. That's a start. Hopefully Dowling returns to form, looks like he has some rust from that hip injury. Wilson has looked good this season so far, a few rookie mistakes, but he is our best safety. We need at least one safety and corner in next year's draft in the early rounds.

I say we put all of our eggs into one basket for demarcus milliner in next years draft. We need a grade A cornerback. Time to stop messing around. How can we do so bad with drafting cornerbacks! Either that or trade for one now! before the deadline is up! Sht get asomgwa since the eagles can't utilize him correctly. lol ... but seriously we need to get help at cb now!
