Brees 70,445 + 4,209 = 74,654 | 488 + 29 = 517

Brady will probably get those records from Manning, but with the yardage, Brees may threaten it in short order. The TDs look a lot safer.

I didn't put him in because Brady in both categories and he won't catch Manning in either this coming season. Barring injury he isn't likely to catch Brady in either. NO wants to run the ball more and more and I don't think he'll play as long as Brady.
