How do you feel about Tom Brady's emotion level in 2010?

  • I hate it. It reminds of Dan Marino and it makes Brady look like a whiner.

It seems Tommy Boy is showing a lot emotion this season, both on the field and on the sidleines, yelling at teammates, himself, etc., trying to get everyone to the highest level of play.

How do you feel about this?

Semi-OT... but that pic really is inspiring. If BB is The Hoodie can we officially deem TFB... The Hair?!?

Btw I absolutely love the Hair when hes fired up.. in my opinion I think it indicates him taking on even more of a leadership role.

I understand both methods of leadership. However, with regards specifically to Brady, I preferred it when he was a quiet assassin.

I like intensity, but sometimes he seems to to ride the guys pretty hard.

I don't think he needs to coddle anyone, but my boss is a screamer, and it rarely motivates me to do anything

I'm guessing you're not a professional athlete. These guys already have tons of adrenaline and endorphins running through their bodies while they're sweating and panting on the field. A calmly delivered pep talk isn't gonna cut it in that state.

I think he could afford that back when we were chock full of veteran leaders on the team. Now with the huge void we have, we saw how it hurt the team last season. Brady saw that too, and he's stepped up. And in the absence of pretty much anybody else (no Moss, no Faulk), that's exactly what the team needs right now.
