This has been brought up before but no one has really had a thread to get into it. We have heard the 6-3 record Brady has vs Wade but how good is that record really and what does it mean? How good can we expect Brady and the Pats offense to be vs this defense? Lets try to find out. First the games and the key stat lines.
Pats vs SD (Week 4 05) 17-41 L 19/32 224yds 1 TD 1 Int 1 Sack 78.1 Passer Rating

So now we can clearly see where the 6-3 record comes from.
The total stats for Brady? 218/375 2681 yards 21 TDs 7 Ints for a 91.2 Passer rating.
It is also worth noting the average points scored was 264/9 = 29.33PPG.
Now these stats can be looked at a lot of different ways. It can be said Brady maybe should be 5-4. That game against SD in 06 was perhaps a lucky win. Then again, if they win at Denver in the regular season in OT they would have won at their home stadium most likely (not having the play at Denver where Brady isn't usually so hot). Not to mention their loss in the 2015 AFCCG was perhaps due to a missed PAT. Is it fair that 3 games of Wade having an all time defense with all pro talent everywhere should be included? In my opinion the this Rams teams reminds me more of the Texans than the Broncos in the way they are built and the talent they have. But they aren't exactly like them either.
