Did you know that the secret to beating the Patriots is to just hit Brady on 50% of passing plays, he's literally the only QB in the history of the league that would bother. It's so easy I don't know why nobody else has tried it.

You know what's funny, I had the radio on before the game yesterday while I was shovelling snow......and I thought to myself, why do I feel the need to listen to this? There isn't much true insight.

Ya it's absolutely mind numbing how many people spit this rhetoric out about Brady. Get pressure/hit him and have solid coverage. Like it only works against Brady.

Idiots. That works against every and any QB that has ever played the game. How do you think the BB coached Giants defenses beat Montana in the playoffs in '85, '86 and '90? They beat him up and had good coverage.

And it's not like that always works against Brady, teams have pressured him and had good coverage and he's still won games.


Yet the funny thing is if Ghost makes the XP and BB takes the FG with 6 minutes to go with 3 TOs left with his defense stifling the broncos, denver's defensive efforts would have been for nothing.

I disagree. I spent years watching football and never really understood it until I heard Phil Simms start talking about how the Steelers need to score some points against Denver and then it all just clicked for me, and when he was saying the Patriots need to protect the quarterback Sunday it made so much more sense than it did before the points mattered. Simms is awesome.

every time BB loses, the noise you hear is merely the sound of relief that yet another involuntary violation (or as the chiefs fans put it 'rape') did not take place
