He also cut his hair right before SB 39, if I recall correctly.

I thought exactly the same thing, and it surprised me because that didn't come across at all in the pix I've seen like it did on TV.

a) My theory is that Brady decided several months ago that he wouldn't cut his hair until he got a new deal. It's symbolic of how long he's been waiting.
