This is by far the most remarkable. Nobody in their right minds would have Witten or Gonzales over Gronk on their team. The guy is unstoppable in the red zone and is a monster blocking, even with one hand. Is there really any question who the best TE in football is right now?

I love how the article starts off criticizing the fan voting when the AP voting is almost just as bad.

FWIW, the only thing that makes the TE selection even slightly justifiable is that voters only get as many votes as positions: since they only select one TE (why?) they only get one vote at TE. You can justify voting for Witten, since (A) he was healthy the entire season, and (B) set the single-season record for receptions. But GRONK should still have been the second-team representative. :snob:
