Tennessee has successfully upgraded its team speed on offense over the last two offseasons
and Washington fits the bill. The 25-year-old deep threat is coming off a 40-catch, 631-yard campaign
as Pittsburgh's No. 3 receiver. Washington is joining a run-first offense, however, and his stats
may only improve slightly. He'll also have to win a starting job over
LaVelle Hawkins, Paul Williams, Chris Davis and possibly incumbent Justin McCareins, a free agent.

For Tennessee he's an improvement over Brandon Jones.
Washington's days in Pittsburgh were numbered once they drafted Sweed.

I'm really curious to find out how much he got; he was probably too expensive to ever be considered as Gaffney's replacement.
