We are so lucky in NE.As a resident of northeast Ohio, the biggest story about RG3's debut with the Browns was how his performance compared with the Eagles' QB. Wentz was the guy the Browns could have (many say should have) drafted and he widely outplayed RG3. Browns fans are so discouraged that they are already talking about the team going 0-16 this year
Has there been a story like his before? ROokie of the year... to injuries and teammates hating you and doubting your commitment... to a new start where your coaching staff doubts your ability to read defenses... to injuries reserve... to maybe not being in the league soon? Just odd.
So who will Brady's return game be against come week 5, who is CLE's backup?
Awesome, Converted. How long did it take you to do this research? Thanks for posting it.I don't know if there's been one exactly like that, but looking back at the rookie of the year list for offensive players makes me realize it isn't really a good predictor of anything.
Some of the recent AP offensive ROY winners are RGIII (2012), Bradford (2010), Percy Harvin (2009), Vince Young (2006), and Cadillac Williams (2005). Some of them had flashes here and there but never really worked out for one reason or another.
Meanwhile, the AP defensive ROYs have looked pretty amazing. Marcus Peters won last year, and Aaron Donald the year before, and they're still young so we will have to see. But here are the other winners, most recent first:
Sheldon Richardson, Kuechly, Von Miller, Suh, Cushing, Mayo, Willis, DeMeco Ryans, Merriman, Vilma, Suggs, and Peppers before you hit a guy who didn't really live up to the hype, Kendrell Bell in 2001.

maybe...but they wouldn't be happy about it if they thought they could be getting $50m for it...Why should he retire? If you think about it he is basically getting paid ~$5m this year to have a broken bone.
I bet a lot of people would take having one broken bone to get paid $5m.
Why would he retire if someone will continue to pay him to be a big hunk of glass?I feel bad for him, he has been injured every season because of his stupidity and kept trying to make plays and getting injured.
I think its time for him to call it quits.

I had enough of RG3 when his dad went into the locker room to ***** at the coaches for him.
Maybe you should be told to tell people what not to do ... if you decide it's in their best interests.Don't tell me what to tell people what to do!
