This team needs a leader

Hopefully Maye can seize a leadership role with inspiring play and charisma. It’s a lot to ask though.
He does not seem the like the vocal in your face type like a Baker Mayfield.

But, better QB play goes a long way too. I hope that the Pats take shots downfield connecting on a few because I believe that will go a long way in helping the OL with pressure.

I say make baringer a capt… know I know he’s a punter but he’s damn awesome and the only real bright spot now.
Bedard skewered Baringer after Sunday's performance
3 touchbacks
1 shank

So injured andrews, cokeypeppers, and all the others are better because the punter had a bad game…he’s been fire for us the other games….more or less. Just saying he’s been the main bright spot. Maye should definitely be a captain.

I feel like for the last 2-4 seasons, this team has lacked crucial leadership from every direction. I look at this team and can’t point to one guy that defines this team. Nobody the younger generation can look up to and nobody that the team can really build around. It just feels like a collection of players and not an actual team. Back during the Brady years, we had multiple leaders. Brady, Gronk, Edelman, Slater, Wilfork, Bruschi and that’s only scratching the surface. This team needs a leader and it’s been plaguing us for what feels like years now.
This team needs a QB. Go back since the GOAT left we haven't had a QB. A QB that can lead on and off the field. I believe personally the team has plenty of leadership on it. However the QB play has been horrendous. Wise, Andrews, Bentley, j. Jones, Barmore, Tavai, Dugger, Onwenu. They are dam good leaders on this team. I'll take the QB and let him lead us.

To me, Andrews' injury, which may or may not be career ending, marks the demise of the old-style Pats culture. If we are to rebuild it, we'll have to rebuild it from scratch. I think Andrews will make a great coach. I wonder what sort of inner turmoil Slater is going through in the midst of this **** show. I suspect this team is unworthy of the message he has to bear.

Well another I wouldn’t mind is dogchow. Yea he called out the d naming no one. Tbh I feel that’s good leadership. Blaming everyone while blaming no one. Yea he was a little cnt at the start and I don’t blame him. Everyone should get their due, and he was more pro about it than I’d say judon was.

Edit: plus us fatties (linemen) need **** like this. :O

Slater: “Holy ****, may god have mercy on you guys”

Well... we're comparing Seward to Harrison...
Great Comparison
