Not really.

And I see Chiefs fans saying they had no business losing that game.

Uhhh you had the 24th ranked defense. Yes you should have lost and you did.

After home field advantage being mentioned in practically every analysis leading up to the game, somehow I still haven't heard it even mentioned to the Patriots credit. It's either not mentioned or spun as another way KC lost the game rather than the Patriots winning it.

Pats never lost to the Chiefs.

Hard to argue the better team lost both

Amazingly it was better. If that game was in Foxborough New England would’ve put up more points

Some analysts say KC had more “talent” but in actuality lineman also should be factored into “talent” and the Pats lines were much stronger. Look at the yardage totals

Trent Brown is easily the most talented offensive or defensive lineman on both teams.

Impressed by New England. They run alot of traditional formations.

Some fans may not be impressed but they came into Arrowhead and busted us in the mouth. Some don’t realize the talent/skill of the short passes and power run game coupled with sound defense but it has won many teams Superbowls (1990 Giants). I hope the Pats use a similar strategy against the Rams and Brady gets his 6th

It's nice to talk to a Chiefs fan who is actually rational. The game was what I expected and exactly what you pointed out. The Patriots had over 120 collective games of AFCCG experience, the Chiefs had zero. In what was very obviously a game that was going to come down to a final possession, the Patriots knew what they needed to do and the Chiefs didn't. They didn't expect or prepare for that level of focus and toughness, because it's impossible to prepare for. The best anyone can hope to do is adjust before it's too late.

The way that game went I think we drop 40+ in Foxboro so I’d say their defense is better at home.
It was better at home. I believe they only gave up 17-18 points per game at Arrowhead, this year.

Yeah, I dunno. Chris Jones is pretty damn good, as is Trey Flowers who is currently the 5th ranked free agent by NFLN.

Personally, I don’t know what you’re thinking with this statement, but I hope that they can find a way to bring Brown back—after Flowers, of course.

They're both very good, I definitely have no problem with your take and it's not hard to see how it makes sense, but neither is as physically gifted among his peers at the respective positions as Brown, in my opinion.

HFA and patriots didn't have offsides (dolts were being drawn off by mahomes repetitiously) or false starts. Super disciplined and particularly our LT got his head together and was concentrating yesterday.

We left 10 to 14 points off the board in the first half. Our offense closed the game out in epic fashion but BB has plenty of coaching opportunities for the offense this weak.

The Pats were drawn off on one play. It was a free play for Mahomes and resulted in the dropped interception

We knew the Chiefs were a heavily penalized team going into the playoffs. We were afraid it would bite us. Somehow we won the penalty battle in both playoff games but it was the last one that cost us

The refs missed calls on both sides and anyone who thinks there was any bias is crazy.

Call me crazy then. I think the head ref was ok/impartial, but the guys covering downfield might have been under duress from ny hq. The disparity in DPIs stds was too outrageous. Ever since the seahags-squeelers SB and triple confirmed in pv=nrt gate, I put nothing past Gotohell.
