Why did GB abandon the run late in the 2nd quarter?

burned by the blitz....

Was them stepping it up in the trenches the reason Nelson just dropped that pass?

On the flip side, would Nelson have dropped that last pass if Pittsburgh stepped it up more in the trenches?

One player is not the team and he just made a great play.

It's amazing how much better the Pack O is when the receivers don't drop the ball ...

God, again, if they could run the damn ball...

Wow awful.

It's amazing that the predominate view is one team is imploding as opposed to the other team has simply stepped it up in areas not easily noticed watching on TV.

Well...let me chime in with my opinion:

GB is an absolute fraud. The Steelers were imploding to start the game. I could not think of one solid team GB beat all year. I am sure some NFC partisan would say, "Well, they beat the Bears twice, split with the Falcons, and shut out the Jets."
I think the Bears were fakers and Atlanta was never as good as their record. The Jets game was more the teams vs. the elements and less against each other. Plus, the Jets suck (there is a record-setting long thread on this forum to prove that).

In this game, GB has gotten break after break (mainly from stupid Pitt plays)...they don't deserve to win this game. It is almost like they are falling a*s-backwards into a trophy.

what a pathetic play on 1st and goal

LOL what the hell was Rodgers doing there. That little jump lmfao

Looks like Nelson redeemed himself. He identifed the strongside zone blitz and adjusted. Rodgers read it and threw hot.

Finally in the second half :woohoo:

It wasn't having any effect.

But I think they should keep going to it, because as we all saw, there is a danger when you choose to go one-dimensional.

More pressure on the refs too now.

OK, that works too... Now they need another stop because there's still almost 12 minutes left. No Rapistburger heroics please...

He put the team on his back!!!!!!
