I agree. He has the skill set to be a good safety, and if the goal is getting your 11 beat players out there, he's much better than any of our other non-McCourty safeties.
The O-line looks way better today, especially creating holes in the run game. I wonder how much of it is improvement on our front versus decline in talent on the other side (Miami has a ferocious D-line).
