How could the Titans challenge the completion and fumble recovery by Chung?

If I'm not mistaken they already used two challenges (1 success, 1 failure). Doesn't that mean they shouldn't have been allowed to challenge again?

There must be new rules that I am not aware of. Or the officials stink.

I agree with that. I just don't get how anyone can say he has been playing like crap. You have barely seen him today and for a CB that is a good thing.
