Hmm...I don't know about that one. You'll take it I'm sure...I'm not a big fan of the rule as it is anyway. If they jump over, usually the O-Line is faking the reaction. If you're going to call it a neutral zone infraction, maybe just call it regardless of whether or not someone jumps. It's as bad as flopping.
Difference is that, now he is making plays before the first downs. He was a tackling machine, but his tackles were mostly after 9 yds game on first down, or after they already have a first down.
