As long as the Pats win this game, I am not going to read too much into what is going on this game. A short week is going to make an aberration game. I figured it would be a Pats' blow out, but obviously anything can happen on Thursday night.
Usually you get offsetting flags there, and that should have happened in that situation too - a Jets player looks like he throws 2 punches in the scrum after Devey pushes the guy.

Despite not being able to get off the field and tons of yards they have only given up 12 points. That's a plus considering. Defense needs to make the adjustments to get containment on the edges and plug the middle.
Offense just needs to finish better. The oline protection has been terrific and I expect another 14-21 points in the 2nd half out of this team.
Closer than I'd like but again. Considering how awful they've been run stopping and lack of top I'm happy with a 5 point lead at the half.
