This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.
At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.
Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.
This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.
If you do you will have your account suspended.
I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.
Huge third and one here. I would play this as four down territory and try play action. Another punt from the 35 that nets 15 yards isn't worth it, and letting Gost try a 52 yarder seems like something you don't want to do. It could give Miami the ball on the 42 down one score.
This is often noted by the football talking heads...not said yet in this game but it is very difficult on an O-line when you don't even look like you are going to run the football. That says they are just going to be taking it and not dishing it out all game long. Seems to me it just took a commitment to run for the Pats to start to eke out some running yards.
I think you guys are dismissing the wind big time. The defense knows the offense isn't going to go downfield...and are sitting on all routes. Brady picks up on it on every snap....and either completes a short pass or gets rid of it.
I was literally just typing a post about how we need to move away from Ridley in the running game today. Miami is extremely diligent in setting the edge. A more slash and dash type player like Vereen and Woodhead are more suitable to attack this D.
Can't get to the edge easily against this fast defense. We just have to beat them with good blocking and some elusive running inside. Miami might be vulnerable to a cutback since they are so aggressive.
