Sounds like another rule that should be changed. I can understand if the ball was still bouncing toward the end zone, but when the Colts player kicks a non-moving ball into the end zone...
1) On the 1st Colt return of the 2nd Half, Herron started OUT the back of the end zone before running up and making the catch. I was always under the impression that you can't do that on a return
2) If you touch the ball outside the end zone and the ball goes back into the endzone, that's a safety. Touching the ball makes it a LIVE ball..
