For all the panic around here (and not just by the usual suspects), It's now a 14 point game and Palko's not going to be able to rely on the run to protect him anymore.

I don't know how people always forget that the game is 60 minutes long, not 15.

I usually avoid game day threads because I get dizzy watching so many people out on ledges ready to jump...now they're up by 14 and have plenty of time to blow KC out...hopefully that will clear the ledges.

My own take was that they were coming off an emotional road win and were going into a game that everyone said was a mismatch especially without Matt. I just thought they came out flat but would get away with it because of the opponent.

They won't be able to do that next week. After last night, the Eagles actually believe they can win eleven in a row.

I had to remind myself of this about 20 minutes ago.

I watched the local college game here this weekend. I believe it was 10-3 at the end of half.

By the end of the game, the losing team was lucky it wasn't 50-3. The only thing that saved them were some huge drops by the winning team
