When are the patriots going to draft a Demaryius Thomas, Julio Jones, Percy Harvin, Corderelle Patterson, Dez Bryant type offensive WR who can CHANGE THE GAME with big offensive plays. We do not have a big playmaker on our receiving core.

We pass on Corderelle Patterson, we pass on Justin Hunter, we pass on Keenan Allen, we pass on Demaryius Thomas....Instead we settle for our hall of fame QB throwing to guys like Brandon Lafell.

I'm conflicted, because I honestly feel this QB/Coach combo has run its course. I would like to see some changes, but I know rebuilding will be painful. I honestly expected this game to go like this. I felt we had an avg defense (which I would take with a good O), but I had no idea how we were going to move the ball. Nothing about today shocked me. Brady was an avg QB last year. What changed? He's getting older - it happens to everyone.

It has been a weird day, some of our best players have played really poorly today – Wilfork, Vollmer, Revis, and others. I wonder if it the heat, maybe they should have played more in the preseason.

Nothing like a good ass whooping to have your eyes opened. Maybe the Pats do so.

This whooping will not help unless the friggin owner and head coach finally decide to invest in the offensive and defensive lines. I watched that Seattle game and said to myself, their front lines are the strength of their team. The Pats front lines are a weakness. Miami exploited them and exposed them today. We will see if this damn coaching staff can fix this problem. I am more disgusted with the coaches than the players today. Maybe that is unfair, but that is how I feel. I knew the offensive line would be a mess. But I never expected the defensive line to get pushed around like that. NEVER.
