I'm surprised Marino vs Montana didn't rate higher, especially considering it is always referenced when discussing Brady vs Manning.

I think SI was trying to cite QBs that played against each other a lot. I don't remember a Marino vs Montana game except for SB XIX, when the winner guy QB beat the stat guy QB to death (sound familiar?).

The Brady/Manning picture, Peyton must have had his high heels on already. I didn't think he was that much taller than Tom.

Manning is taller, but if you look at their eyes, they're nearly level. If that picture had been taken an hour later, Manning would be looking up into Brady's eyes, as his head was still deflating at that point.
