The Krafts are relentless in their assault on Belichick's coaching.

Make sure you clear that trade with @
Brady circled the wagons for Bill during Spygate and I always felt like Bill kind of left Brady out in the cold a bit with Deflategate when he could've defended him or sometimes just not said anything at all.

Then Kraft's a colossal idiot when it comes to football. The Dynasty happened despite this guy.
The Dynasty:

1. Kraft buys the stadium & surrounding land
2. Kraft stops others from buying team
3. Kraft buys the team
4. Under Kraft, Pats go to SB - lose.
5. Kraft hires Belichick
6. Belichick lucks into Brady
7. Dynasty is born.

But yea, Dynasty happened despite Kraft. LMAO

You got it reversed.

Bill took the heat.

The Patriots should have pressed the issue. They were in the right.
Bill: "Well I was clearly wrong."

This documentary isn't making it easy it's blending present commentary with past commentary which I think is fine and obviously they have to do that. But they aren't staying linear while telling the story they keep bouncing back to stuff from the 90s to try and make points.

Episode one should have been about Bob buying the team, Parcels rift, and whatever key 90s players like Drew they wanted to highlight and then they wouldn't have to do so much back and forth they would have already set it up.
That's why you're not a Director of award winning documentaries.

The directors of the Dynasty did a really bad job on Spygate.

They did NOT show the Goodell interview with Costas, in which Costas caught him out.

They also didn't show the whole genesis of the controversy and of the rule (the Jets were caught spying on the Patriots in 2006).

These things vindicated Belichick and it became clear this was a hit job by Goodell. How in the world is this show making it seem to some posters that Kraft ran interference for Belichick when it was plainly evident that Kraft turtled?

At this point, it's evident that Kraft's involvement in this whole Dynasty show is coloring the script.

I'm just happy to see that all the fans are now giving Brady the accolades he's due, and also Kraft admiting his mistake. It was infuriating in his last years with the weak defense of Brady in deflategate and the hubris that the Patriots would have won with any half decent QB. And of course some who worried about keeping Brady a year too late.

But the fact is when the Patriots won their last SB, they did it with old players past their prime. Brady would not have signed on past 2019 unless the Pats did everything in their power to continue winning. Basically mortgage their future. That's also not in BB DNA and lots of fans would not have liked it cause at the end of the day, the bills come due and this past year would have been the tank and rebuild season,.. but maybe the Pats would have an extra SB to show for it.
If there was even a possibility of another SB it would've been worth it to try, but that defense couldn't even force one punt from the Bills in 2021.

Let's face it, the days of Hightower, McCourty, Chung, Van Noy and others dominating, they had come and gone.

At this point, it's evident that Kraft's involvement in this whole Dynasty show is coloring the script.
well duh. Who is the lead owner for the NFL on all things TV and media? Robert Kraft.

Mutual parting, leaving with a nice severance package... don't see anything vile about that.. it's not like Bill is eating out a soup kitchen because the krafts screwed him. Bill screwed himself.. he was forced to draft and sign players, he was forced to hiring guys.. BS.. look I've said that TB12, Bill and Bob all collectively were great together all played a part in the winning. I appreciate and respect Bill for everything he did. It's all over let's get back to winning!!!
i wasn't talking about money. example-kraft's comments in his personal presser after the one he had with bill where he basically stated he or his reps were the ones who had final say through 03-04 is a smarmy way of removing credit from the guy who was always put forth as the decision maker.
bb's errors,he owns. i am not sure we will ever hear the backstory behind any of it from him.

Fifth year option for Mac is $25.664 million. I think they have to decide this spring.
That will be very telling. Do you think they’ll pick it up?

I'm just happy to see that all the fans are now giving Brady the accolades he's due, ….
Brady has always gotten the accolades he is due.

The suggestion that there were 10 other guys on the field with him, 11 guys playing defense, backups, coaches, and a whole TEAM supporting him also deserving of some compliments doesn’t take away from his praise, despite the reaction by some of his more fragile worshippers.

You'd be hard pressed to find better "good" players than Brady and Gronk at their position. Both didn't want to work for Belichick. They were fine working for Kraft
What does that have to do with my post?

Brady and Gronk have been gone for years, and Belichick just left. I didn’t say the Kraft’s were bad people, I said that if they were doing Belichick dirty they would really be hurting themselves and this franchise. I don’t know if they are doing that or not, but if they are then it’s a scumbag move, and it will tarnish their reputation, and deter good coaches from working for them.

I’m not sure why Tom Brady discussion is happening again? Brady answered the question himself. He didn’t want to play for Belichick anymore. Period . Case closed. It had nothing to do with a contract or money, he simply wanted to leave, and said so. For some reason there is a group of fans here, who insisted Brady left because Belichick didn’t want to pay him, and still won’t accept that was ********, even when Brady himself is the person saying it.

Brady circled the wagons for Bill during Spygate and I always felt like Bill kind of left Brady out in the cold a bit with Deflategate when he could've defended him or sometimes just not said anything at all.
You don’t think the Mona Lisa Vito impromptu press conference during Super Bowl week was a defense of Brady? Sure seemed that way to me. Still, I guess we’ll hear from Brady himself on the topic soon, maybe he agrees with you.

Signbabybrady watching The Dynasty

I did say episode 4 was a kick in the balls. You liked it though as a Browns fan you finally saw BB fall short.

Kraft paid Belichick a big compliment in ep 3 when he was talking about how Parcells was about himself and not the team, and then how in 01 Belichick made it all about the team.
