If Bill felt butt hurt then he’s a little *****. He had the opportunity to let the clock run out but called his final timeout.

Regardless of wether the timeout was the reason ****ert run up the score or not doesn't change the fact he ran up the score. But again why would anyone consider that when you can just hate Bill some more.

You'd probably give the guy a kiss though.

I'd say it's a lame move by ****ert. Then he going to get mad because Bill didn't let him kiss his rings after.

However longshot it is for a team to fumble in those situations teams always make them snap it and execute. Typically using up all their timeouts.

Teams don't typically get mad about it and run up the score. But because it's Bill so everyone will ignore that and just pile on.

And scoring isn't even really the issue I've they just kept running instead of going to a knee tfe score is fine. But this guy changed his mind from taking a knee to run up the score just because Bill dared to hope for a fumbled snap like everyone does in those situations.

It's on Belichick, nobody else. He called timeout, the other team is not going to take a knee on 4th down and give the ball away.

Belichick did the same to other coaching legends too, I'm not sure what he was expecting here. Remember the 2007 Redskins game? It's the other team job to stop you, if they can't or won't, then too bad.

He wasn't expecting anything. The other coach and more accurately the media thinks running up the score should be met with a big smile. That's really the end of this dumb story just another asinine thing to pile on.

Bill's not crying about ****ert I am. And really scoring is fine just don't make a deal about not getting a kiss after you run it up.

I'd say that game was still better than earlier in the year. The team definitely improved as the year has gone especially on the D specifically the DL.

Context:

In the final minute of 28-12 win over North Carolina, Demon Deacons quarterback Robby Ashford scored a 2-yard touchdown on fourth down, and the move didn't seem to sit well with Tar Heels coach Bill Belichick.

Ashford scored with 22 seconds left after UNC called its final timeout.

Facing fourth down, Wake Forest appeared to get in the kneel down formation before Belichick alerted officials he wanted to use a timeout. Ashford scored and the Tar Heels ran one play following the kickoff to end the game. Reporters asked Belichick about his brief, irritable interaction with Jake ****ert and what he said to the first-year Wake Forest coach. "Congratulations."

But Bill called a TO, an indication he wasn't conceding. What did he expect?

Agreed. If ****ert wanted a hand shake probably shouldn't have run it up. It's that simple everything else is fake news from haters.

The smart thing for the winning team would still be to take the knee less chance of a mistake. For some reason ****ert got butt hurt and decided to run it up.

Then the media just expects Bill to kiss him for it. It's just another dumb non-story that haters can get clicks from.
