Right now I would say Pittsburg and that is based on the QB situation for Denver. It's a long season to go yet.

I will say Denver cause I think we have a good chance to beat the Steelers home and away and i am not confident we can do both to Denver so they worry me more.

Broncos are a joke. They were a joke last season as well. No reason to be worried about them if we're healthy.

Pittsburgh is a team we have historically owned.

Neither of these teams are a threat.

We need the playoff game in Gillette, with either. (though I used to call Heinz Field Patriots Championship stadium)
This ... the bigger threat is always having to play at Mile High.

Either way with all due respect to the NFC I think the AFFCG will be this years superbowl.

Seattle does look like the most dangerous NFC team but i think Pitt/Denver are better than them.

Seattle would wipe the floor with both of those frauds.

You continue to peddle this nonsense. The Broncos have been in the Super Bowl for two of the past 3 seasons, and have won it once. If they're a joke, the Patriots are pathetic losers. After all, they've only been to the SB once in that same time span, and the Broncos have had a winning record against them during that stretch.

I"m pretty sure Denver's the only team Brady has a losing record against but my math may be wrong? He's not the same qb in denver. Definitely my bigger worry. He owns the steelers, and aside from 2011 (when we couldn't stop any qb anyhow) we've always seemed to have an answer for Ben.

Dont get me wrong the steelers are a very dangerous team but we are snakebitten in Denver whether it's uncharacteristiic miscues/ refs/ injuries. Even Adam V missed a chipshot and Troy Brown muffed a punt there (both in a playoff game).

He's the same QB in Denver. The problem is that his team that shows up in Denver hasn't been remotely close to the same team fielded in week 1. So many injuries in the last 3 of 4 years.

Name one top contender the Broncos beat last year that wasn't decimated by injury.

I still think the Broncos are the bigger threat. The Steelers can score on anyone, but I have lots of confidence in the Pats' ability to go score-for-score with any loaded offense. Denver matches up better against us IMO because their pass rush and secondary, when it's on, can really disrupt our passing game.

It's tough to make an objective evaluation of the Broncos after today, just like it was tough to make one of the Steelers after week 3. Even the best teams have terrible games from time to time. Neither the Broncos nor the Steelers are an exception to that.

Denver will be a doormat if they can't get to the QB fast enough

It is not the Broncos' fault they beat the teams they were tasked with playing. The Broncos are not as flashy as the Patriots, but they won with a defensive juggernaut not seen since the early 2000s Ravens or the 1985 Bears. I'm not sure lightning will strike twice for the Broncos, but denying their ability is setting us up for more heartache.

I'm personally most afraid of Denver in Denver, but feel the Steelers are a bigger threat in a neutral location. I didn't have that option in the poll, but wanted to have an either/or choice to keep us all from falling into the Belichick speak of every team except the Pats being a Super Bowl favorite.

This is relevant:

Report: Trevor Siemian’s shoulder injury is ‘as bad as you get’

'Jay Glazer is known for “scoopage.” The NFL insider for Fox certainly had it on Sunday.

Glazer reported that Trevor Siemian suffered a significant injury to his non-throwing shoulder. Siemian took a brutal hit from Clinton McDonald last Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and was carted off the field.

“He actually has a Grade 3 separation of his non-throwing shoulder,” Glazer said on Fox NFL Sunday. “Grade 3 is as bad as you get. Basically the clavicle has separated from the shoulder. Its pressing against the skin. It’s a really bad pain management issue. It’s something that cosmetically it’s gonna be there pretty much for the rest of his life. It’s his non-throwing shoulder so they look for him to be back probably not next week (Thursday against the San Diego Chargers) but the week after that.” '

I never said it was their fault for playing practice squads. It's just a fact that they did. Their defense wasn't even remotely a juggernaut. It looked good because they were constantly playing 3rd and 4th stringers. Healthy Indy and Pittsburgh took a big **** on their defense.

You can be irrational and scared of playing in Denver, but we win that game by 3 scores if healthy.

Broncos defense is no joke. I still think we beat them by two+ touchdowns with a healthy squad (and no dropped punts). Steelers have the far better QB and overall offense. We'll see how it shakes out, but Pitt seems like the more well rounded team.

Still very early in the season, not ready to rule out the rest

Injuries are the biggest threat to all these teams. If we go into any of these games similar to last year where we couldn't block spam, it won't matter which team we face nor where we face them. Same for the other two teams - Denver loses Miller or Talib...big problems. If Steelers lose Brown, Bell or Rothlisberger like last year - same for them.

That to me has been the story of the last bunch of years - the most healthy of the contenders has won it all.

I never once felt the Broncos were the biggest threat or a threat at all. It was, is and likely will remain Pittsburgh as long as Ben, Bell and Brown are all on the field together. I don't know how I feel about their defense, though. The Patriots have proven that, when healthy, the Broncos D is no match really. They were banged up both meetings last season and, sans Harper muff and terrible calls in the fourth quarter, they would have won the first game and if the OLine was even halfway decent in the playoff meeting, they'd have won that game. The Broncos are a non-issue to me.

I don't know but that team out in Minnesota is the real deal Holyfield of the NFC!

Biggest threat? Goodell and the league. Just like it has been ever since 2007.

I did mention Denver in Denver but if Lewis comes back and is the same player as last year, this team may have no equal. Brady will have more weapons than 2007 and a much more balanced crew. Granted, no one is Moss but overall, I think it could be better.
