With the physicality Gronk plays with he was never going to win the volume stats. None of these guys were in his realm as a blocker or a downfield threat. None of them were going to put their health on the line on a seam route, other than Winslow who was a tough SOB. Those playoff numbers at a full season of 81 catches, 1163 yards and 12 TD is a HOF regular season and he was doing it against the best teams at the biggest moments. When people say Gonzalez is the goat simply because as a large wide receiver he lasted the longest it's a joke.

I only see like 3-4 tight ends. There are a bunch of oversized receivers though. Gronk is the GOAT tight end, or at least he’s the most dominant ever during his prime. Not close.
