I was using the playoff machine and this is what I got. I was suprised.

ESPN.com's 2016 NFL Playoff Machine - Simulate Matchups and Scenarios

I see mostly chalk in this scenario according to seedings With Tennessee and Pitt winning. Im not really sure what to make of an Oakland Pittsburgh matchup. But New England should move up and down on Tennesse. I think it would really help to get a lead in that game and make tennessee have to throw as much as possible. I think Pats handle whoever wins between Oakie and Pitt. Fpr the NfC I think Atlanta and New york win. If the Dallas plays keeps Dak in against the Giants, I think the Giants pull that out, But Ill give Dallas the win if romo plays. Dont see Dallas beating Seattle or Giants if dak plays. Seattle handles Atlanta. I think Seattle is a bad matchup for the Giants, so Ill take Seattle in that home game. If romo starts in the playoffs I think dallas makes it, otherwise I like seattle to get there. If the Giants find a way to avoid a romoless cowboys and seattle, I think its them, but that is unlikely
