ROMO-that's an interesting choice. I'm not sure I fear him per se cuz our D is capable of having him for lunch (jmo-I'm a homer plus that whole NFC thing) but several talking heads have already compared him to Brady. No doubt a large part of the basis for comparison lies in the rookie QB-replaces-Drew-and-brings-joy-to-Mudville situation, but nonetheless he's been one cool-headed dude out there and has literally turned that team around. If he proves himself during the playoffs and gets Dallas to Miami... "Top 5 on the Scary List".

My pick would have to be Champ Bailey. For some reason (maybe related to outcome of last two games we played them), the combination of him and Shanahan give Brady fits.

Gotta be LT.

Peyton Manning and LT

as a team: the Bolts

but for the League the Pats surely, in play-offs, are a very very dangerous team (we know and they know)

Champ Bailey. (Come to think of it, the whole Denver Broncos scare the hell out of me. Hopefully they miss the playoffs and we dont have to worry about them).

Given what I have seen here and read here I need to go give LT a close second to Vinatieri. Great thread by the way!

I can't believe some people sometimes.
The only reason LT is as good as he is ... the offensive line. The only difference between a good player and an exceptional player is an offensive line.
There are few exceptions, however - I won't say that this is 100% true... but LT is a classic example of a good player who is exceptional by his teamates.

What I am sure you ment to say is that you REALLY fear the Chargers, not LT.

Manning scares me the most. LT would scare me if the Pats weren't so good at stopping the run. Our pass D is still our problem and I've watched Manning pick us apart very recently.

And the Broncos are the team I'd rather we avoid. I know they are in a tailspin but they are the only team that has our number. Maybe Shanahan's brains matches up well against BB.

No player is as scary or as game changing as those @#$%&?! striped shirt wearing officials! Period.

how about the bengals...we beat them but they seem to playing well lately like last yrs steelers..
