He's on with Bill Burt at 12 or 1. Should be interesting to hear his thoughts on Vinatieri.

On one hand it was good to hear 3 hours of football on WEEI.

That said besides the 20 minutes Brad Blank was on speaking about Givens and the CBA it was really not overly interesting. It was spent with Burt and callers - mostly Burt - just sucking up to TJ. "Monty Beisel shouldn't have your number", etc.

There was almost no mention of the Vinateri situation. Burt kept saying over and over how it was a huge offseason for the Pats who had 4 potential huge losses (Givens, Vinateri, Branch, and Seymour) and he said at least a dozen times that if they lost "more than 2" the team would really feel the loss next year. Not sure how they could possibly lose more than 2 anyway but neither he or TJ talked at all about how the Pats should deal with keeping all 4, just that they should.

Frankly, you get much better Pats talk in just about any thread on this messae board than you heard in 3 hours on EEI today.
