Team Drafts -Cheers and Jeers

On paper or according to the experts;
Which Team is going to have the best draft ?
Which Team is going to have the worst draft?

My choices
Best- Cleveland
Worst- Redskins

Best- St. Louis and SF
Worst- Washington and Indy

This is based purely off the number of picks they have. I don't think its possible for the Rams to come out of this draft looking like losers with where they are picking. It's also looking like their needs are matching up perfectly with the talent available. They will be the big winners when draft grades are handed out but who knows 5 years down the track?

Obviously my opinions will change but I'm just predicting that NYJ (unfortunately), SF, Buffalo, Arizona, and St. Louis will have good drafts while I think Indy, Washington, and Oakland will have rough ones

After last year's draft my personal favorites were (in no specific order) St. Louis, Arizona, Cincy, Buffalo, MInnesota

if Houston and/or St, Louis trade down, then they are primed to have great drafts.

Indy and Washington fans should not get their hopes up.
