Saw some headlines that the NFL will not allow COVID related entries in the to Draft... So it sounds like their wont be a rush for prospects to enter the draft in 2020.

That said, curious if there are any prospects that would be eligible if this COVID stuff never came about? anyone the Pats would consider?

The list of successful players coming out of the supplemental draft is rather short, but I beleive Josh Gordon was originally selected that way (Not exactly a "success story", but had at one epic season for Browns).
 
This was discussed a little bit in another thread but, for example, anyone on this list without an asterisk (entering senior year) next to his name would definitely be eligible for the supplemental draft. In addition, any red shirt juniors would be eligible.

You have to be three years out of high school to be eligible for the regular or supplemental draft.
