His duo on Comcast with Tanguay is the best...those two make a great show together.

I completely agree with him about the sensitivity of Pats fans. And it's easy to see that when you come here and watch people's responses when someone is critical of the team.

If anyone does not think Felger is a D-Bag, someone needs to find a replay of when Tito Francona called the station to chew out Felger on behalf of his players. Just how PO'ed does a team need to be to get their manager to call a measly talk show host?

Felger is the epitome of all that is wrong with the Boston sports media; constant and ungrounded negativism. I am given a hard time for criticizing Ty Warren and Ron Brace but I am a rosy-faced cheerleader compared to Felger, Borges, Callahn, and Shaughnessy. And I was right about Warren and Brace (at least last year).

Thanks to Russ (and Felger) for that interview. I thought it was a really great read. Very insightful both in regards to the lightning rod that is Michael Felger, as well as some behind the scenes comments (e.g., the 'Boo Hoo Drew Crew'.)

well has also hinted at various times about brady being connected to steriods..few yrs ago when bonds was caught he bought this up because some person in that case had brady's # or something and when brady got healthy in good time he mentioned it in a sublte way too...
so whatever his one air personality maybe ..these things pissed me off the most when he threw it out there without any credibility

.........People just need to appreciate what is truly Michael's core belief here and it's got nothing to do with this team being right, wrong or indifferent (the objective critic blather). It's strictly to advance Michael Felger's career. Which is why you have to take everything he says with a grain of salt and realize while he is still capable of some lets's call it intuitive insight, he's also capable of spewing some largely nonsensical crap just to stir the pot...................

Exactly!! And it's why I don't waste my time with Felgie and his ilk. When you need to CREATE/GENERATE schtick in order to stir the pot and get ratings then you're not worth my time. Take a listen to WFAN in New York. It's just so much more mature a product. You just don't hear the amateur crap we get fed on a regular basis with Boston mediots.

I didn't read the piece. Felgie and his views are not worth my time. For those of you who did read the piece just how many I, ME, MY references did Felgie make?? That is what Felgie is all about.
