Stadium question

Did you reserve a pass from that spot or did you just roll up to it that day? Saw on the website you can reserve a pass.
I reserved a pass. But I had to contact them because I couldn’t figure it out through the website.

Do the free lots open around then? On their website now and seeing lots don't open till 4 Sunday. Think I am just going to wing it early and sit on the side of the road if I have too and wait for the generic lots to open. Didn't know the changes for parking. I used to always park in lot 16 near Bass Pro Shops back in the day, then I find out it’s reserved now lol smh. Thanks for all of your help.
I’ve been going for 38 years. The State Troopers determine what time time the lots open (even though the Patriots website says four hours before a game) this includes private lots, maybe there are private lots far enough away the Troopers don’t concern themselves with. Some years they would give the OK to ope five hours before, sometimes exactly four hours, this year they have been consistent and all nine games the lots have opened at 4.5 hours before each game, this means the lots will open at 3:50pm on Sunday, one thing to keep in mind is Kraft owned lots at least the two big free ones across the street the State Troopers do not allow you to park in the emergency lane on Route 1 waiting for the lot to open, they make you drive away, however they allow it for the private lots, trust me for 1:00 pm games I’m parked outside our private lot in the emergency lane at 8:00am. In years past for playoff games the Troopers would normally open up earlier than usual, we are hoping they open at 3:30 Sunday because traffic will get bogged down if people are driving around waiting for the Patriot lots to open. We are normally out of our vehicles talking to the family that owns our lot when they get a text from the Troopers giving them the OK to open.

What do you do all that time before the game? I’m an indoor cat and I hate the cold and rain, so it would be a struggle for me. (Also, I no longer drink and I don’t eat meat - ****, I’m boring).

I spend a lot of the time standing in front of a grill cooking and the the rest socializing, our group will have 8 people tomorrow and the group next to us who we’ve been parking next to for at least 15 years will have minimum of 10 people.

Soda and gefilte fish -- the new tailgating menu!

We should link up sometime just to say hi. Where do you park?

We park just past the stadium on the north side, it’s behind the Enterprise rent a center. We actually come down 495, but we take 1A instead of 1 and we come north of the stadium at the McDonalds and drive south to the lot, I believe you once said you were like a mile south of the stadium.
