Guys been outstanding covering running backs out of the backfield, I don't remember lt catching one pass during last nights game. Here's to hoping he can keep up the excellent play next week versus Forte and Taylor, who are both excellent receivers coming out of the backfield.

He seems to be improving, didn't last year he have some pass coverage issues.. he is getting a lot of snaps.

Guyton has played really well, especially over the past few games. It seems like having Spikes here has challenged him to produce more consistently. Or maybe it's just the natural improvement of a guy in his third year. Maybe the rest is good for him and he doesn't get worn down as easy?

I don't know what it is. But he's been much better this season, and it's a significant difference that's easy to see.

I think with the addition of Spikes its let Guyton play his natural position as a nickel and dime pass coverage LB. Having the luxury of focusing on his strengths thanks to the addition of Spikes has really allowed him to excel in what he is being asked to do.

I thought Chung did well on Keller for the most part as well. He torched us last game and it was very nice to see the schematic adjustment as well as the corresponding execution. Brilliant.

Cunningham also made a very good open field tackle on LT (maybe on Greene) late in the game. Was good to see out of the young player.

Guyton played well in coverage, good improvement.

Another guy that gets bashing is Kyle Arrington. The Jets tried to pick on him but he held his own and I think he has improved throughout the season. I see #2 CB potential and at the worst great depth.

EDIT: Also, I saw Kyle Love out there as well. He must be holding his own if BB lets him play a decent amount of snaps. Anyone know how he is doing during the plays?

That's what I've been hoping for awhile. So many people think a 30 year old, one year removed from football Bodden is solidified as the 1a / 1b guy next season. If the team doesn't feel like Butler / Arrington can step up into that role I think we'll be seeing another high draft pick CB / FA signing next year.

Hopefully they can though, because you can see the improvement in both of them.
