Some good injury news

The most important game we are very likely to play this season happens in 2 weeks and 6 days. Unless we are desperately short in an area, like the OL, it's important to make sure the wounds are functionally healed for that important game.
A victory in that game makes a Bye very probable. We will be able to go a very very doable 5-2(considering our schedule) the rest of the way and still earn that crucial Bye(IMHO a Bye is much more crucial than HFA). However, a loss in that game throws the bye into great uncertainty with very possibly no room for another loss.

Yeah, but I believe this is his 2nd major knee surgery though.
Where did you see a previous knee injury? He broke his leg when he was with Cleveland. I haven't been able to find any mention of a knee injury anywhere in his career.

No mention of another knee surgery Just this:

On April 11, 2013, Lewis was traded to the Cleveland Browns for linebacker Emmanuel Acho.[25] He missed the entire season due to a fractured fibula. He was cut by the Cleveland Browns on August 30, 2014.

I'm thinking Lewis starts next season on the pup until I see him in a preseason game
