Without question its Marty Schottenheimer as Head Coach and if I had to pick a player,namely quarterback since they get the 'choke' term its Tony Romo even the fact that its only after less than 1 season followed closely by Donovan McNabb who only misses out because he got injured most of late season.

It's got to be Marty. Grossman didn't really choke-he's pretty much suked all along but regardless,Marty has to be it. The Chargers were favored,they were tough,Marty has had that rep for years and this team was his chance to vindicate himself. But no,he kept his playoff record intact.
