Yeah, the rest of the show just reminds me why I stopped watching SNL over 10 years ago.

Sometimes I think laugh tracks are used on that show because there is rarely a skit that makes me laugh....not since Farley and Sandler left has it been even remotely funny.

Agreed.. And to be honest the chappelle show set the standard for sketch comedy in the double 0's(And Chapelle only did 2 years in the early 2 thousands)...

In living color use to give SNL a run for there money back in the day, now there is nothing.

Just SNL going through the motions, no anchor skit like a Waynes World etc..

But to be fair I don't really watch SNL all that much anymore.

It's really just not funny anymore. The only skit that was even remotely funny was the Barkley App skit and 'guest who goes on tangents' skit. Even that last one went on way way too long. The rest of the show was just awful and awkward (and not in a funny way).

The complaints that SNL has gone downhill have been going strong since 1976. ("That Bill Murray guy is okay, but it's just not the same since Chevy Chase left.")

The reality is that the show has always gone in waves. They hit paydirt with one cast, those folks take off for Hollywood, the show founders for a year or two, then they find their next round of Eddie Murrays/Adam Sandlers/Will Farrells.
